On-siteMy experience with the transfer service was super frustrating. I had paid extra for a transfer with a booster seat to make sure my kiddo was cozy during the ride and to avoid any extra waiting around. But when we got there, the staff barely spoke English and seemed totally unready for us. Not only were they impolite, but they made me wait with no explanation while everyone else got on the bus and took off. And to make matters worse, a random car showed up late to pick us up, with no booster seat like they promised. It was a total waste of time and money.
