I ain't ever gonna use this service again, eh. I was in Turkey, eh, waiting in my hotel lobby for my private transfer to the airport, eh. It was already 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time, and I started getting worried. When I contacted the company, they told me to find my own way to the airport, which was a 1.5-hour trip. I had to pay 130 euros for a taxi, which they said they would refund, eh. It's been 2 days since I got home, and I done sent them the taxi receipt, but they ain't contacted me or refunded me, eh. This ain't right and it's terrible customer service, eh.

Our experience with the car booking service from Mallorca Airport to our hotel in Valldemossa was really disappointing. When we got to the meeting spot, the driver wasn't even there. We tried to find their local office at the airport, but it was closed with no one around. We had to call their emergency number in the UK and they told us the car had broken down. They said to find another way to get there. They promised a full refund, but we still haven't received it after more than 3 weeks. Plus, we realized that taking a taxi from the airport was actually cheaper than using their service.

So, I had this real bummer of an experience with a transfer company I had booked for my trip to Cyprus. Got hit with a family emergency and had to cancel my trip, so I asked for a refund for the transfers I had booked. They confirmed the refund, but I still haven't seen a dime. Been bugging them like crazy, but all I get are different excuses and now they're straight up ignoring me. The lack of communication and not sticking to their own rules has left me feeling really ticked off and like they pulled a fast one on me.
