Auto-renew caught me off guard, but there was a silver lining

Cancellationfrustrated about the timing, but relieved by the clear explanation and the cancel-at-end action. Heads up — set a reminder, folks, or turn off auto-renew.

Cancellationrecurring fees, whether I'd use it again, and that default auto-renewal box made me wary. Those doubts faded fast when the route suggestions and saved stops kept me out of traffic and helped find decent diners. I haven't touched it since that trip, though, and only recently realized charges hit my card in 2024 and again in 2025. The renewal emails went to spam, so I missed the notices. I explained to support, clearly: no use since 2023, no intention to renew, please consider a refund. They stuck to a 7-day refund rule and wouldn't bend. I've seen companies make exceptions in similar cases; this felt like rigid policy over common sense. So: good product when I used it, but poor handling of accidental renewals — watch the settings and your inbox.

CancellationThey told me it was free, but it was actually terrible. I gave it a shot, and it was awful. They refused to give me a refund, and the employees were rude.
