Pickup was bad

The equipment those employees were using was super frustrating, eh? First, they couldn't scan the QR code on my phone, and then the PIN code wouldn't work. I had to track down my own suitcases, and to be honest, I could've easily grabbed somebody else's by mistake! Totally not cool.

The storage spot was really great, super easy to find. The price was so good and the service was awesome. I would totally recommend it!
