The storage service was really great! The staff were so helpful and friendly, which made everything super easy and stress-free. The only bit that was kind of tough was finding the storage place, especially if you don't know the area well. But once you're there, checking in and out is a breeze.

I booked a storage service in central Winchester near the cathedral at Fone World through this company, but when I got there, the employee told me they hadn't been paid by the storage company for months and wanted to cancel the contract. So, they couldn't store my stuff. It was super annoying and inconvenient, and I had to quickly find another option. I highly recommend avoiding this company, they were so unreliable and disorganized, causing me a ton of stress and hassle.

The app was really easy to use and convenient, eh, but the service at the storage spot wasn't the greatest, ya know? The address sent us to this tiny store that looked like a mini-market and didn't even have a sign saying they offer storage services. We actually walked right past it at first, so that was kinda frustrating. The person working there was nice though, and they took our luggage no problem. But there wasn't a secure storage area, which made us kinda anxious all day. Our bags were just sitting there where anyone could grab them, eh, which made us pretty worried. Luckily, nothing was taken when we went back to get our stuff, but overall, it was a letdown and had us feeling uneasy. I don't think I'd recommend this service to anyone, to be honest, ya know?

The equipment those employees were using was super frustrating, eh? First, they couldn't scan the QR code on my phone, and then the PIN code wouldn't work. I had to track down my own suitcases, and to be honest, I could've easily grabbed somebody else's by mistake! Totally not cool.
