Radical Storage - Reviews and experiences

When I booked the storage spot, I was pretty bummed to find out it wasn't open anymore and the person working there was not so nice about it. Luckily, customer service was super helpful in finding us a new storage place at a gym. The new spot was awesome, but the staff had our stuff behind the front desk even though we still had time to keep it there. It was hard to talk with them because of the language difference, so we had to find someone who spoke Italian to give us a hand.

I had a super easy and smooth time using this service. Booking was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. The prices were fair and let us have a chill day exploring the city without any worries. It did take us a bit to find the storage spot because we didn't know the area well, but once we did, it was super close to the station. All in all, I would totally use this service again.

Even though there was a little hiccup when we were reserving, the storage place was shut on the day we booked it. But the customer service team was on it right away and sorted everything out. I gave them a 5-star rating for their quick help and because we've always found the storage service super handy.

I booked a spot to store my bags, but when I got there, I couldn't find any place to stash my stuff. I asked around at all the coffee joints nearby, but no one had a clue about any lockers. I even tried calling the number they gave me, but the person on the other end was clueless about the luggage situation.
