CommunicationI went to this spot in Quebec and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The room was a total mess, kinda looked like a dump to be honest. The bed was so uncomfortable, had stained pillows and didn't even have pillowcases. And don't even get me started on the customer service from head office, it was a complete joke. They offered no help or refund for a whole month after my check-in. It was hands down the worst experience I've ever had!
