I was so impressed by how quick and efficient the service was with this company. I booked last minute, late at night, and was amazed when I got my confirmation and e-ticket in just 15 minutes. It was my first time using this service, but for sure it won't be the last. I will definitely be coming back to them for all my future travel plans. I just bought two tickets and made sure to pay extra to sit beside each other. But then I got an email saying they changed my travel partner's seat without asking me. I felt annoyed and didn't know what to do. I tried calling customer service but waited on hold for 15 minutes and then got disconnected before talking to anyone. This whole situation has made me wonder if this service is really dependable.

I was supposed to fly from Ontario to LAX but there was a mix-up. A customer service rep contacted me and got everything sorted with a new flight. The service I got was amazing, I'm really thankful for their help. I'll keep using this service and tell others about it too. Thank you so much!

I had a really good experience with this company, way better than other competitors out there. You know, some other companies try to pull a fast one on you and jack up the prices if your card doesn't work. But not JustFly - I gotta give them credit for being honest and only charging me what Kayak said. Plus, Amir, the guy I spoke with, was super good at his job and helped me out a lot. Honestly, I'd definitely say go with JustFly next time you're booking a flight.

Booking was okay, but the customer service was just terrible. I wanted to talk to someone during the 24-hour cancellation period, but no one was available. They gave me wrong info about the flight prices and I couldn't reach anyone to fix it. I'm not happy with the way they handled things.
