CancellationI booked a hotel in Barbados using HotelsCombined and got a good deal at a specific hotel. Everything seemed fine until I gave the hotel a call to double-check my reservation yesterday. To my surprise, I found out that the booking was actually made in January but was canceled by the hotel in March without letting me know. They took my money and left me empty-handed. HotelsCombined basically said it wasn't their problem since they're just a search platform. Definitely won't be using that site again - they don't take responsibility or seem trustworthy at all.

CancellationI just got back from Koh Samui and man, it was a total disaster! We used Hotels Combined to book our hotel but when we arrived, they told us our reservation got cancelled a month ago. Now we're out of funds and no one is willing to assist us. Hotels Combined is a total scam, eh!
