ServiceThe website was easy to use and made it easy to compare flights from various airlines. But man, I was really peeved when I got charged twice for my bookings. Flight Hub did admit their mistake, but it took a whopping 8 weeks to get my money back, which is just not cool.

Their customer service is top-notch, no joke!
