I was halfway convinced I’d picked the wrong person, nervous about cost and all that, but he kept checking in, found a better option (didn't expect that) and walked me through it. My worries faded — solid, thoughtful service. I'd tell friends.

I found her through a local Facebook travel group and told my neighbour to try her. Used her twice; same issue both times — she put my daughter on a different connection than the rest of us, for a family of four. When I called she shrugged and told me to call the airline. Paid the agent fee, felt like responsibility ended there. Frustrating.
