I found her through a local Facebook travel group and told my neighbour to try her. Used her twice; same issue both times — she put my daughter on a different connection than the rest of us, for a family of four. When I called she shrugged and told me to call the airline. Paid the agent fee, felt like responsibility ended there. Frustrating.

Worth every cent — honestly the best travel move I've made recently. I went in skeptical and relaxed when I landed and could exhale; it turned out to be the real deal. I had to travel across the country for work and sneak vacation days, so I booked four long-distance legs and expected layovers, cramped seats. Instead I got flat beds on overnight stretches and paid less than economy would’ve cost me. Planning was thorough, they showed options and answered my dumb questions, and when flight got cancelled due to geopolitical issues they rebooked me at no charge. I’m a lifetime client.
