Claim stuck in limbo

It feels like the claim lives in limbo. Kept sending signatures and documents. Kept hearing it was forwarded. No real updates. Delivery of the refund never happened, two years and counting. Customer service responds, but slowly and with little follow-through. If you care about getting money back, I’d look elsewhere — wish they’d just close it.

Compensair really helped me out by getting my money back from the airline I flew with. Dealing with the airline was a total nightmare and it was so hard to get in touch with them, but Compensair handled everything smoothly with just a few flight documents from me. The only bummer was that the customer service on WhatsApp didn't give me all the details I needed. But all in all, I'm super grateful for the help Compensair provided.

Oh man, it was crazy how quick I got my money back! I filled out the claim online, and like a week later, boom, they told me they were gonna pay up. I sent over my bank info, and in just two days, I saw the cash in my account! They were so fast at replying to my messages on WhatsApp and email. Definitely gonna stick with them for sure!
