On-siteMy time at the two-bedroom apartment in Neubau was pretty disappointing, to be honest. When we got there, checking in took so long and was all over the place, the staff seemed like they weren't ready for us at all. The apartment wasn't as clean as I thought it would be, there was dust and dirt all over the place. The things they gave us were just basic, not really impressive. The location was handy, but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep well at night. I wouldn't suggest staying here, all in all.
