I recently booked a bus and boat cruise through a third-party website that offered a unique way to travel. The bus ride was great and I would suggest it to others, but I had a big problem with the boat part of the trip. Unlike other places I've been to, there wasn't clear directions on where to get on the boat. Because of that, my friends and I missed the boat and lost the money we spent on it. It was really frustrating and disappointing, and I hope they fix it for future travelers.

Hey there, as a PhD student from Algeria, I recently booked a round trip bus ticket from Sakarya to Izmir online. Gotta say, my experience with the bus company was pretty good - the bus was comfy and the staff were super helpful and nice. The bus was a bit late getting to Izmir, but it didn't really affect my trip. However, on the way back, I was caught off guard when I found out the bus had already left on time. Luckily, the staff at the station were quick to help me out, getting me on a different bus and making sure everything was sorted. I really appreciated their assistance and felt well looked after the whole journey. Wishing the company all the best with their services moving forward.
