BookingI've been with this airline for about twelve years. At first it was the service that kept me coming, now it's mostly because it's the easiest way to Koh Samui — and yeah, that's frustrating. Biggest gripe is the website; it glitches so often I end up on the phone more than online, which is a pain. The crew are friendly though, and the lounge does the job. Prices feel steep compared with other carriers I've tried, but in the end the staff won me over.
