I recently used AirHelp after my flight got cancelled by the airline. They got in touch with me right away and handled all the paperwork and talking with the airline. I just had to give them some more details. After a few months, I got my money back for the cancelled flight. Even though AirHelp does take a chunk of the refund as payment, I didn't even know I could get compensated, so I appreciated their help.
