I bought a VPN for my trip to Dubai, eh, but it didn't work with Skype, you know? So I asked for a refund, and they made me jump through hoops and still didn't give me my money back! Total scam, eh!

We stopped using this service because it had a lot of limitations, so we asked for a refund. But even though we tried, the company said they never got our refund request. We didn't think it was worth the $70 we paid, considering all the trouble and frustration we faced while using this tool.

I thought I was getting a great deal with the free trial, but then I realized they were still charging my credit card. When I wanted to cancel, they made it really hard and their customer service was useless and slow. The billing was a disaster - they couldn't even send me a basic email with the bill. It was so frustrating and made me feel like I got scammed.

Dealing with the credit card company to fight the charges was a pain, and it might make me switch to a different card to avoid this happening again.
