Half-broken daily driver
Half-broken daily driver
StabilityMiddle of last summer the A2 stopped behaving like the smooth phone I’d first unboxed. In daily use — commutes, quick photos for work, and a couple of mobile games when I wait for meetings — it’s become slower, laggy, and oddly unreliable. I’m constantly clearing caches, rebooting, or forcing apps to close; a few just refuse to cooperate, and some games won’t load when I’m on Wi‑Fi. The hardware still feels decent in the hand, and the camera surprised me with solid low‑light shots, so not everything’s bad, but overall the OS glitches make it less usable than my older Moto. I’d hesitate to buy again.

Stabilitya photo I thought lost popped back into the gallery. That’s when I felt satisfied, oddly relieved. Took longer than it should have, and I lost time, but in the end it worked. I’ll be more cautious next buy, but credit where it’s due.
Solid sound, sketchy battery, decent support

StabilityA coworker actually tipped me off to these, so I bought a pair to try. The earbuds looked great out of the case and the sound really delivers — clear mids, decent bass. I used them a lot at first. Delivery was quick and the packaging was fine, no issues there. ANC works well too, which made them my go-to for noisy commutes. Then the battery started to tank after about a year. With ANC on I’m down to roughly three hours, which is way less than advertised and not great for longer runs or hikes. I tried firmware updates and resets. I even followed the usual troubleshooting steps. Customer service responded quickly and was polite. They offered a repair but the quoted costs (plus return shipping) felt steep, especially for a mid-range pair. That pushed me to request a partial refund through the retailer, which was handled smoothly, so props there. Overall I’m still impressed by the sound and the initial build, and I do feel a bit bummed about the battery life. If you need reliable long-term battery performance, this might be a gamble. If you value delivery speed and decent service, those parts worked out for me. A solid package with one annoying caveat.
