Stabilitya photo I thought lost popped back into the gallery. That’s when I felt satisfied, oddly relieved. Took longer than it should have, and I lost time, but in the end it worked. I’ll be more cautious next buy, but credit where it’s due.
Finally fixed, but only after I gave up
Finally fixed, but only after I gave up
ServiceHalfway through my third email I remember thinking, this is getting ridiculous. The phone had a battery issue. The thing looked brand new — no scratches, no signs of wear — I baby my gadgets. Instead of a straight warranty fix I kept getting tips like “lower your brightness” or “change your habits” or “buy a power bank.” That felt like excuses, not help. I even offered compromises, like paying extra to upgrade or accept a fair fix. Every idea was shut down. After long waits and a bunch of back-and-forth I said I was done and wouldn’t buy from them again. Right after that they approved an in-warranty battery replacement. Weird timing. I felt relieved, obviously, and a bit thankful it got sorted in the end, but also annoyed that it took threats and patience to get there. I’ve had quicker, kinder warranty help from other brands before, so this left a sour taste. Happy it’s fixed now, but my trust took a hit.

Service
I bought their headphones before and they were fine for what they were. That’s why I thought I’d try one of their jumpers. It arrived quickly. Fabric felt okay at first touch. Colour was right. But the fit was just off. Sleeves too long, chest boxy in a strange way. It didn’t wear well. So I packed it back up and sent it to the return address that came in the parcel. There was no return form, just the address. I added a short note explaining why I was sending it back. Then I waited.
Weeks passed. No refund. I called and emailed. Customer support gave vague replies and kept deflecting. It dragged on. My bank suggested opening a chargeback. They did. After about five or six weeks I got word the chargeback was closed. When I asked the bank why, they said the company claimed I hadn’t used a return form — despite there being none — and that because I hadn’t tracked the package the merchant disputed the claim. My bank knew all of that beforehand, which didn’t make sense to me. It honestly felt like they used the untracked return to avoid refunding.
The jumper itself wasn’t terrible. It would have been fine if the fit matched. But the return handling and the runaround left a bad taste. I expected better after the headphones experience. I won’t buy clothing from them again without clear return steps and proof of tracking.
Solid sound, sketchy battery, decent support

StabilityA coworker actually tipped me off to these, so I bought a pair to try. The earbuds looked great out of the case and the sound really delivers — clear mids, decent bass. I used them a lot at first. Delivery was quick and the packaging was fine, no issues there. ANC works well too, which made them my go-to for noisy commutes. Then the battery started to tank after about a year. With ANC on I’m down to roughly three hours, which is way less than advertised and not great for longer runs or hikes. I tried firmware updates and resets. I even followed the usual troubleshooting steps. Customer service responded quickly and was polite. They offered a repair but the quoted costs (plus return shipping) felt steep, especially for a mid-range pair. That pushed me to request a partial refund through the retailer, which was handled smoothly, so props there. Overall I’m still impressed by the sound and the initial build, and I do feel a bit bummed about the battery life. If you need reliable long-term battery performance, this might be a gamble. If you value delivery speed and decent service, those parts worked out for me. A solid package with one annoying caveat.
