Mighty Call - Reviews and experiences

I was really excited to try out this service, especially since it doesn't charge based on the number of users and has a lot of different features. But, I was let down by my experience. The initial cost wasn't what I expected, it was tough to log into the app, the online setup was inconsistent, and calls didn't come through the app but went directly to my phone. I gave it a 2-star rating because it was easy to cancel and they didn't pressure me to stay as a customer. In the end, it seemed like a good choice but it didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

The customer service was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, eh. But the system didn't have all the features we needed for our business client, you know? We gave it a test run for about 2 months and the call quality was solid. The visual call flow and PC-based phone options were top-notch. However, we were let down when we realized we couldn't forward calls into a queue or check voicemail from a VOIP phone. In the end, it was a positive experience overall, but it just didn't quite hit the mark for what we were looking for, eh.

I thought that MightyCall software was really useful for handling calls smoothly and efficiently. The features it had were really easy to use and made it simple for me to manage all my calls. But I have to say, the mobile app on my Android phone didn't work too well. It had some technical problems and wasn't working properly, which was pretty disappointing.

The phone on the web doesn't ring when someone calls, even with headphones. I've been missing most of my calls because of this. When I contacted customer service, their temporary fix of using incognito mode only helped for a little bit before the silent ring problem came back. It's really frustrating because it's affecting my work and how I can help my clients.

I gotta say, the chat service here is amazing. Whenever I need help, there's always someone available who actually knows what they're doing. But here's the thing - the app is super slow. It takes forever to load anything. And it's frustrating not being able to send emojis or photos. Come on, it's 2021! Most of my client communication is through texts, so not having those options really bugs me. On the plus side, when I make calls from my Android phone, everything usually goes smoothly. So, it's a mix of good and bad, but more on the positive side overall.

MightyCall is such a great app for making calls and sending texts from my iPhone. I work from home, so it's really important for me to keep in touch and not miss any important calls. There are a bunch of cool features on MightyCall that I haven't even tried yet, but it's nice to know they're there for when I need them. Plus, the app is super easy to use and has made it way easier for me to stay on top of all my communication stuff.
