I recently renewed my subscription with your service for the year and to be honest, I'm not too happy with how things have been going. I paid $86 for the renewal, only to have my account suspended shortly after. I've been trying to get this sorted out for a while now, but so far, I haven't gotten any help or even a refund. Every time I ask for assistance, they ask me to send a screenshot of the receipt, which I do right away, but then I never hear back. It's been 6 months of frustration and wasted time trying to fix this, and it's really disappointing to know that my money was taken without getting the service I paid for in return. This kind of behavior just isn't right, it feels like you're stealing from me.

I've been trying to deal with my subscription renewal since November and it's been super frustrating and inefficient. The customer service folks keep saying they're working on it, but nothing's been fixed yet. I tried to take my card off the account to stop getting charged, but turns out I need to add another card first before I can delete it. This whole situation has really ruined the good time my son was having with the subscription in the first year.

I've had three annoying experiences with this company back to back. Every time, my account had the funds, but they couldn't seem to handle the transaction right. And to top it off, they even tried to charge my card without asking me. It's almost like they want to be like that big company infamous for sketchy transactions and double charges. I can't wrap my head around how bad their payment system is. Is their only skill now taking money without permission? It's just really disappointing.
