CommunicationSo I bought some stuff online from this place, eh? And let me tell you, it was a total disappointment! The stuff I received didn't even work, such a waste, you know? I reached out to their support team for help, but after two whole weeks, they completely ignored me! Not cool, not cool at all. I thought things would improve after the Crunchyroll takeover, but nope, it's still a mess. So be careful, eh? They're just awful.

CommunicationIt's one thing to ignore a customer's request to cancel an account, but to completely stop replying altogether is just plain rude, eh? I had to resort to calling my bank to cancel my subscription because Funimation couldn't be bothered to respond. Talk about terrible customer service, eh? I will definitely not be recommending this service to anyone in the future, eh?
