iPhone device purchase
iPhone device purchase
CoverageMy time with this company has been a real letdown. The customer service was just plain awful, I felt like I was being lied to when I bought my device, and I had a hard time paying it off. On top of that, the signal around where I live is always weak, and I can't even get another eSIM for work. It's been 7 months and none of these problems have been fixed, and the company won't do anything about it.
Cell phone plan
Cell phone plan
CoverageI just changed my cell phone plan and boy, let me tell you, it was a real downer. Even though I'm shelling out a good chunk of change every month, the service is so-so at best. Dropped calls left, right, and center, and the reception is spotty as an old quilt. I'm seriously bummed out about how much I'm paying for next to no service. I can't wait for my contract to end so I can finally ditch this whole mess.
About AT&T
AT&T Inc. is a multinational conglomerate headquartered in the United States that operates in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Established originally as the Bell Telephone Company in 1877 by Alexander Graham Bell, who is credited with inventing the first practical telephone, the company has evolved significantly over the decades. It became the American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) in 1885. Over the years, AT&T has played a crucial role in the development and expansion of the telecommunications infrastructure in the United States and globally, offering a wide range of services including wireless communications, internet services, and digital entertainment. Throughout its history, AT&T has undergone significant transformations, including mergers and acquisitions that have expanded its business scope and geographical footprint. Notably, it has faced various regulatory challenges and antitrust lawsuits, leading to the landmark divestiture in 1984 that dismantled its monopoly on U.S. telephone service. Since then, AT&T has reconsolidated some of its former operations and expanded into new markets, including the acquisition of Time Warner in 2018, making it a major player not only in telecommunications but also in media and entertainment.
