ServiceHalfway through our trip I was cursing and then laughing a bit — my eSIM worked fine but my husband’s never did. We were nervous before buying, saw mixed reviews, still went for it. He spent ages on the phone with support; they suggested a few things, nothing fixed it. Weirdly one rep was really patient and helpful, which surprised me. The refund process became a paperwork mess and we never got the money back. Kinda disappointing after I’d told friends it was good.
