Communicationcanned replies, no real human option, and the closing name changed every message (weird). I asked for a refund for the Android on day two after install and got a one-line "not our fault" reply. So yeah, when it worked it was handy, but overall I lost money and a couple of hours. There are safer eSIM choices now; I won't risk this one again.
