ServiceI bought Trend Micro Security Pro at a store, but then found out I already had a license. So, I requested a refund online on March 27th and started talking to their customer service people almost every day. I gave them all the info they needed like the receipt. But they kept asking for the same stuff over and over. Finally, on April 10th, they asked for my bank details to give me the refund. Then on April 14th, I got a message telling me to go back to the store for the refund. This whole thing made me super frustrated and made me think their customer service isn't very good. It seems like they're just stalling or they have people working there who don't know what they're doing – always asking for the same info. Their 30-day money-back guarantee didn't work out like I thought, and now I'm wondering about how they advertise their products.

ServiceI had a really frustrating experience with renewing my antivirus software recently. I've been using it for years, so I was looking forward to renewing for another year. But the installation process didn't work properly and I got stuck at the "Summary" step. I tried following all the instructions, but the serial number from my renewal letter just wouldn't go through. Every time I tried, it kept saying my subscription had expired. The online guides didn't help at all, and I couldn't get through to Technical Support. I'm done with this product and will be looking for a competitor who actually appreciates my loyalty.

ServiceI recently had a chat with the chat support team and Joyce Ann helped me out through the chat box and remote control. She was really helpful and knew a lot about fixing the issue I had. We didn't completely solve the problem, but Joyce Ann gave me a quick and easy solution that worked for me. She recommended reinstalling the software, and even offered to help me with it, but I went with the workaround because it was easier for me. This was my first time using Trend Micro's support services and it was a good experience.
