PriceI just renewed my security software subscription with this company. I was a bit bummed to see that new customers are getting a better deal than us loyal ones. Hopefully companies start recognizing and rewarding loyalty more in the future.

PriceI've been a loyal customer for more than ten years now, but I've hit a roadblock. My account got charged at full price for a subscription renewal, even though I could have gotten the same coverage for way cheaper with the same provider. Dealing with impersonal customer service and not being able to talk to a real person just made me even more annoyed.
