I recently bought a smart home device from this company and it's been a total nightmare. Their return policy is so confusing with hidden rules that are easy to miss. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all and gave me wrong info. Plus, the whole return process was a pain and they didn't make it any easier. Now I'm stuck dealing with my bank to sort it out, and it's been so frustrating and taking up so much time. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you're thinking about buying from them. Even though the sales might seem tempting, dealing with the headaches and letdowns just isn't worth it.

The product I got was defective and didn't work like it was supposed to. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to ask for a refund, but it was a total pain. I had to keep emailing them, sending pictures of the unopened boxes, and still didn't get my money back. So, I ended up reporting the company to PayPal, hoping to get my cash back.

They finally gave me a refund after I sent them a bunch of emails, but they didn't refund the shipping costs. It was a pretty frustrating experience, eh?

Even though I followed all the rules, customer service ignored my emails and tried to get me to keep the item. I expect companies to keep their word and give good service, but that didn't happen here.

If you buy from this company, just a heads up that they have a pretty strict return and refund policy if you get a product that's not working. They'll ask for a video of the broken item before they give you an RMA, making things harder for you. It might be easier to skip ordering from them and go with a friendlier place like Amazon. I bought a Starter Kit from this company recently and it was a huge letdown. The switchbot couldn't even switch a light switch, which was the main reason I got it. When I tried to return the product because they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee on their website, their customer support was awful. They wouldn't give me a refund because I had opened one product in the bundle, even though the rest were unopened. I had to get PayPal involved and they wanted me to ship everything back to China, costing me an extra 30€ in shipping. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money!

I bought this curtain gizmo thingy, and when it came, I found out it was missing some wheels and the battery was dead. The peeps on the support team were totally useless and made the whole process of getting those missing parts a huge pain. They kept asking for pics of my curtain rods before they would even consider sending the replacements.
