That hub thing deserves its own paragraph — it’s the reason the price jumps and also where most headaches started. Bluetooth gadgets were flaky, some buttons would just stop responding, and at first I couldn’t include devices in routines. So yes, frustration city. On the other hand (and this is the annoying, honest bit), when it worked, it was neat — the buttons are programmable and little shortcuts can be handy for evenings when I’m lazy. Took multiple tries and a couple of firmware updates before things smoothed out, which made me go from “this is useless” to “okay, that actually helps.” Customer support was slow and a bit evasive, but they did eventually point me to a fix that helped stability. My advice: don’t expect flawless out-of-the-box magic; budget for the hub, be ready to tinker, and check for updates. If you like fiddling and can live with the quirks, it’s usable. If you want set-it-and-forget-it perfection, look elsewhere.
