CommunicationThis company is terrible! They don't give a darn about their customers and won't accept a return if you've cracked open the box. They don't even bother giving you heads-up on which curtains will go with their machines. It's like they're only after your money and then poof! out of mind. No way I'll be making another purchase from them!
