I just bought this smart home gadget thinking it would be super helpful, but boy was I wrong! It turned out to be such a letdown. Not only did it not do what it was supposed to, but when I tried to return it and get my money back, the company was giving me a hard time. It's so not cool that they're not following the rules in the UK and EU about refunds. I might have to look into taking legal action to make sure they treat consumers right.

I recently bought a curtain motor, mini hub, solar panel, and switch button from this company, eh. Let me tell ya, it was a total disaster. The stuff was garbage right from the get-go. I tried to give 'em a go, but they were full of bugs, not reliable at all, and just plain frustrating to deal with. And to make matters worse, the company somehow convinced Amazon to remove my negative review and block me from posting anything else critical about their products. Pretty shady if you ask me, eh. The app was all over the place and the devices were just not working properly. The marketing was also deceiving cuz they didn't mention the limited functions with Alexa and the steep costs. All in all, a complete waste of money and time, eh. I'd steer clear of this company, for sure.
