Sprinter - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a pair of ski goggles and used Klarna to pay later. When I went to get them at the store, I saw a scratch on them. The saleswoman saw it too and made a note. Since I paid with Klarna, I couldn't just leave them there. I had to wait for them to check my complaint through email. It took 3 weeks for them to say the scratch was valid. They said I could return them, but they didn't have the same ones anymore, only a different color for double the price. I suggested keeping them with a discount, but they said no. The service was really bad and they didn't try to help me at all. I'd recommend looking somewhere else for sports gear, either in person or online.

A couple weeks back, I ordered a Reebok FR20z treadmill from the store because I had good experiences with them before. When the discount code didn't work, I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away. The reps were really nice and helpful.
