Sprinter - Reviews and experiences

I bought some shoes online from your website and used Klarna to pay. The order got canceled, and I got a confirmation about it. But Klarna keeps taking money from my account (which I quickly dispute) cause I ain't paying for something I didn't even get. I sent proof through email, but Klarna doesn't wanna cooperate. And I can't get a hold of Sprinter 'cause they're like ghosts or something.

I tried to get in touch with Sprinter Sports, but they never got back to me, not even a response to my emails or calls. I used to work with them, but now, nothing! It's so annoying that they're so hard to reach - like for real, why run a business if you're not going to talk to your customers? I even thought about going to their main office, that's how much I need some answers!

I bought some running shoes from this company last week, but I still haven't got any email or bill confirming my purchase. So, I haven't got the shoes I ordered yet. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but no response. When I called customer service about getting a refund, they said it wasn't possible. Now I'm feeling frustrated and helpless, waiting for this problem to get resolved.
