QualityMy son's shoes started falling apart after only 2 months, so I called for help and was told to send an email. I decided to call again after seeing bad reviews and talked to Joerie. He was great! He was shocked I hadn't heard back yet. I asked for a refund instead of new shoes, and he made it happen. Big shout out to Joerie for sorting it out!
