Got it eventually, what a ride
ServiceWas in the middle of a rental sign-back and had to verify with SingleKey. I paid, followed all the steps, and the app said the report was 'ready' — but I couldn't open it. Messaged support, crickets. Two hours later I tried again, started a second report, and finally accessed it. Relief — I needed it for the landlord and my move, phew — but also annoyed I was billed twice and no refund. Support refused, so now I'm staring at a potential fraud claim. Glad the report worked in the end, just wish the process and customer support weren't such a circus.
