QualityI thought this would be a straightforward check — you know, upload stuff, they verify, move on. Instead I uploaded a contract PDF and they accepted it without asking for a T4, NOA or a bank statement. No follow-up, no verification, and then my income status was quietly marked “Great.” At first I was ready to scream scam, but to my surprise it actually helped me close a rental application. So yeah, sketchy process, sloppy checks, but it worked for that one thing. If you use it, be cautious — don’t assume thoroughness, and keep backup docs ready just in case.
