App & PortalI was halfway through getting references from my third applicant when it all went sideways. I started using this service a couple weeks ago because it promised a paid prescreen that asks for current and previous rental references — sounded straightforward. In practice the tenant got what looked like the free version, the form was clunky and the labels didn’t really explain what was needed, and then they had to download an app just to continue. That was the dealbreaker; they declined to finish. I also got billed right away even though the charge was supposed to happen after tenants returned info. I emailed support eight days ago and crickets. Some bits showed potential, but overall it felt unfinished and slow.
