ServiceI’d recommend it — mostly because of the people behind it. I’ve been on Omnisend about a year; we hit a few connectivity hiccups but support has been there every time, patient and willing to dive into the mess with you. Reporting is very approachable for beginners, which saved me time. Not flawless — sometimes fixes take a bit — but overall solid. Tip: don’t expect zero drama, expect good backup.
