ReliabilityI started using this for my small shop about six months ago and one of the first things I noticed was emails actually hitting inboxes — big relief, honestly. The templates are useful, delivery has been consistently solid (so campaigns aren't wasted) and support is the real difference. I had a couple of panicked moments and Burak calmly fixed things, no fuss. Not flawless — some UI quirks — but for reliable delivery and good service it's been worth it.
