Omnisend - Reviews and experiences

I almost didn't switch. I thought it would be another bloated tool that looks nice but makes life harder. We set it up for our small online shop and now I use it every week for newsletters, cart recovery and the little triggered messages that actually save sales. First few days I poked around, worried about deliverability and whether the templates would sound like us. Those doubts faded pretty quick. It's tidy, it does what it says, and I can automate a lot so I don't babysit every campaign. My one real gripe is plain-text emails — the "plain" templates still wrap in HTML and get centered in some inboxes. I want it to read like a personal Gmail. I use it from my phone while commuting, and it just works most days.
