Omnisend - Reviews and experiences

I’d recommend it — mostly because of the people behind it. I’ve been on Omnisend about a year; we hit a few connectivity hiccups but support has been there every time, patient and willing to dive into the mess with you. Reporting is very approachable for beginners, which saved me time. Not flawless — sometimes fixes take a bit — but overall solid. Tip: don’t expect zero drama, expect good backup.

add WhatsApp as a channel in future. Small suggestion. Otherwise, recommended.

I started using this for my small shop about six months ago and one of the first things I noticed was emails actually hitting inboxes — big relief, honestly. The templates are useful, delivery has been consistently solid (so campaigns aren't wasted) and support is the real difference. I had a couple of panicked moments and Burak calmly fixed things, no fuss. Not flawless — some UI quirks — but for reliable delivery and good service it's been worth it.

I almost didn't switch. I thought it would be another bloated tool that looks nice but makes life harder. We set it up for our small online shop and now I use it every week for newsletters, cart recovery and the little triggered messages that actually save sales. First few days I poked around, worried about deliverability and whether the templates would sound like us. Those doubts faded pretty quick. It's tidy, it does what it says, and I can automate a lot so I don't babysit every campaign. My one real gripe is plain-text emails — the "plain" templates still wrap in HTML and get centered in some inboxes. I want it to read like a personal Gmail. I use it from my phone while commuting, and it just works most days.
