I'm keeping it. Been on the family plan for a couple months, works fast and reliable across phone and laptop. Sync never failed. Could use smarter autofill, but solid overall.

autofill was hit-or-miss, it would put in my name and street but skip city and province, or paste a credit card number without the expiry. Weirdly it sometimes worked on random sites but not on its own pages. I tried three different managers and the pattern was the same, so the relief came when I stopped chasing fixes. If you’re testing one, try it everywhere you actually log in, don’t assume it’s consistent. My tip: stick with a browser-synced option or a manual backup until they sort reliability out.

two Nord accounts, same email, separate subscriptions. That mess nearly made me ditch it. Sync acted weird for a couple days — logins missing, app freezing — so yeah, I was annoyed, I almost switched to another manager. But after poking around, a support rep walked me through exporting and reimporting vault items (slow process, kinda clunky). Not perfect, but autofill has been solid since and I actually save time filling work passwords and banking details on my phone and desktop. Still sceptical about their account system, but daily use is now reliably quicker.
