Delivery was quick, support answered fast — UI is cleaner than LastPass.

Saw it on Reddit, I hesitated about support, but the clean interface and a quick reply eased my doubts, so I'm pretty happy.

I almost passed on this — kinda sceptical — but needed something better than Google autofill for messy forms. Setup was quick, works great, really.

Weirdly, first spotted this app through a buddy at work and I installed it on a whim. Using NordPass feels slick — autofill mostly works and the app is light. Had a login snag that took about a week but support actually fixed it.

I set it up the first week — quick install, clean interface, and I liked it. I use it for eBay and other shopping sites, and I knew I was sold when it filled an account page perfectly without me fiddling. Lately though the green icon sometimes sits there and won’t react when I click sign in. Annoying, but a browser restart or re-opening the extension usually fixes it. Not perfect, but it gets me signed in most times for the stuff I use daily.

finally some tedious admin done. But then the phone test ruined the mood. On my Samsung S21 running Android 15, the app refused to fill username and password fields. It also didn’t fill credit card info. So the thing that should save time ended up costing time instead. I still use my phone for pretty much everything on the go — banking apps, shopping, a quick work login between meetings — so this is a real pain.

Was hoping for something like Nord VPN, but NordPass was a disappointment. Confusing, poorly explained, and tech support acts like you're supposed to know everything about technology. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this product.

It's just way too complicated! Like, why do I gotta accept everything one at a time? The directions are so tough to get. They should explain things in a way that regular folks can understand. And, it would be nice to have a phone number to call when you need a hand!
