I just had a little hiccup trying to get into my account after renewing my subscription, but when I messaged customer service by email, Efrain got back to me right away with some clear instructions. He fixed the issue quickly and really showed top-notch customer service from Mondly. As for the app, I like how easy it is to use and the freedom it gives me to learn at my own speed. All in all, it was a great experience!
