Incompatible phone, misleading data usage

Quality

I just bought a SIM card from this company cause their website said it would work with my phone. But when I tried to activate it, my phone didn't work with it like they said it would. And on top of that, I got a text saying I already used 80 percent of the data within hours of activating it. Then, boom, another text saying I used up all 5GB, which made my service slow. It was so annoying cause I couldn't even use apps like Google Maps properly.

I bought a new phone

Quality

I got a new phone from this website, but they sent me a used one instead! When I asked for a refund, they said they needed to inspect the phone first. Like, obviously it's used! The person I spoke to said they don't usually send used phones, so why did I get one? Seems suspicious! Also, turns out the return address is a sketchy place with terrible reviews for phones. Why would Mint Mobile use them? I'm really let down.
