Servicewithin minutes the site (or an agent) kept saying I needed extra products to make the one I picked work. I panicked a bit and cancelled, because that aggressive upsell vibe reminded me of previous horror stories. Then there were a ton of emails saying the items weren’t right for my age/skin, honestly a little overkill. What surprised me was how it finished: after a brief back-and-forth a real person actually handled the refund and apologized, and I got my money back without a long fight. Still, heads up — their setup is confusing and they use third-party shippers, so tracking was fuzzy and the emails kept coming, but nothing scary in the end. I’m glad I followed my gut and pushed for the refund, and I appreciate the rep who made it easy. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d be cautious and double-check everything first.
