Luxe - Reviews and experiences

I first heard about this from a friend and saw the kit on the official site, so I ordered — they even threw in a second kit as a discount which felt nice at the time. Delivery was late and the box was a bit crushed when it arrived, and customer service took longer than I’d like to get back to me with anything useful. Then after trying the lift, my eyelids swelled up and got really red; I couldn’t open one eye properly and ended up at the eye unit triage. I had to toss both kits (the extra one, too), which stung. The rep’s response was polite but vague and didn’t help with the medical side. I’m honestly disappointed — the product and the follow-up didn’t cut it for me. Sad to say I won’t be recommending this.

it works in practice, but the packaging and safety info are worrying enough that I wouldn’t recommend it for DIY around your eyes.
