Missing paperwork, decent product
Missing paperwork, decent product
Communicationtexture was pleasant, scent mild, absorbed easily. That actually surprised me; I half-expected a greasy mess. Still, the seller's reply to my questions was vague, basically a generic apology and no concrete evidence about testing or legal compliance, so my original doubts didn't disappear entirely. On the positive side, it hasn't irritated my skin and the packaging is solid. I used it mornings; layered fine under sunscreen for now, still. I'll probably ask again for PIF and keep receipts just in case.

CommunicationI first saw their lash kit on a friend's Instagram story and I was tempted, but then the reviews made me pause — lots of people saying they never got anything, couldn't get refunds, or couldn’t reach support. The site felt a bit bare-bones too, no proper tracking, your order disappears from the account for a day or two, and the cancel window is tiny, so I was thinking maybe it's a scam. A coworker, though, had actually used the kit and told me it was good, so I gave it a shot. Waiting was annoying — I kept refreshing my email and the tracking was vague — but after a bit over a week the package showed up. The kit itself is fine, everything works as advertised, the instructions are okay and results were exactly what I hoped for. My skeptical mood eased once I tried it, though I’ll say the ordering and tracking process needs work. I’d recommend it to friends, but only with a heads-up about the sketchy communication.

Servicewithin minutes the site (or an agent) kept saying I needed extra products to make the one I picked work. I panicked a bit and cancelled, because that aggressive upsell vibe reminded me of previous horror stories. Then there were a ton of emails saying the items weren’t right for my age/skin, honestly a little overkill. What surprised me was how it finished: after a brief back-and-forth a real person actually handled the refund and apologized, and I got my money back without a long fight. Still, heads up — their setup is confusing and they use third-party shippers, so tracking was fuzzy and the emails kept coming, but nothing scary in the end. I’m glad I followed my gut and pushed for the refund, and I appreciate the rep who made it easy. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d be cautious and double-check everything first.
Odd little kit, sketchy info

Qualityit works in practice, but the packaging and safety info are worrying enough that I wouldn’t recommend it for DIY around your eyes.
Box showed up, but my eyelids didn’t agree
Box showed up, but my eyelids didn’t agree
Follow-uplate by a day, the box a bit crushed and no apology or heads-up from the seller. When I tried the treatment, it did do the lifting job — lashes looked different — but my eyelids reacted badly almost immediately. Felt like a burn and redness that wouldn’t quit; a year later I still get flare-ups now and then. I reached out to customer service and that was the worst part: slow replies, no real help, and their suggested “patch test” after the fact felt like a shrug. Ingredients frankly worried me — there were things that increase penetration and some known irritants, so putting that near the thinnest skin around your eye felt risky. I’m not saying it’s evil, it just didn’t suit me and the follow-up support was low effort. If you have sensitive skin or need something for a big day, don’t gamble without a backup plan. On the plus side, it wasn’t a catastrophe for everyone I guess, and the price wasn’t crazy — but for me the delivery hassle and poor customer support turned a product problem into a headache that’s lasted far too long.
