But, I ran into a problem not too long ago - I couldn't log in to my account and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. It's frustrating when you're shelling out money for something and there's no one to help you out when you need it.

ServiceI've been using this product for a long time, but after 10 years of meh experiences, I decided to try out a different service because of the bad design and ergonomics. When I tried to cancel my paid subscription, I couldn't do it straight from the dashboard. So, I had to contact their support team for help, but it's been a rough week and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. It's pretty disappointing to see that their customer service is seriously lacking, especially with all the negative reviews out there.

ServiceI had a really frustrating experience recently with the subscription renewal process at this company I use. I've been a customer for a long time and always found the product to be reliable and efficient. But when it was time to renew my premium subscription and update my credit card info, I ran into some problems. The system wouldn't let me make the changes I needed, so I got downgraded to the free version, which wasn't what I wanted. The customer support team took forever to reply, four days in fact, and when they did, they weren't very helpful. After trying multiple times to fix things, I decided to switch to a different product from a company that's more responsive and efficient.

ServiceCustomer support is practically non-existent because they ask for ridiculous information like your last IP address. It's so frustrating and seems almost impossible to reach them. You're better off saving yourself the headache and not bothering to try to get in touch with them.

ServiceSo I decided to switch to a new password manager because I was worried about security, eh. But when I tried to cancel my current subscription, I couldn't find a cancel button anywhere on the website. I had to fill out a support request just to ask to cancel. And then, even after sending the request, the company wouldn't let me go that easily. They wanted all kinds of personal info and proof of purchase just to cancel. It was frustrating and left me feeling really dissatisfied with their service, you know.
